Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction Kalavalley Network Private Limited strives to provide exceptional portfolio shoot services to our clients. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.
2. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

Cancellation 14 Days or More Before the Scheduled Shoot: Clients may cancel their booking and receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

Cancellation Between 7 and 13 Days Before the Scheduled Shoot: Clients will receive a 50% refund of the deposit or payment made.

Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before the Scheduled Shoot: No refund will be provided.

Company-Initiated Cancellations:

In the rare event that Kalavalley Network Private Limited needs to cancel a scheduled shoot, clients will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made. Additionally, we will work with the client to reschedule the shoot at the earliest convenient time.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule their shoot without penalty if the request is made at least 7 days before the original shoot date.

Rescheduling requests made between 3 and 6 days before the shoot will incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total shoot cost.

Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the shoot will incur a rescheduling fee of 50% of the total shoot cost.
4. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for cancellations or rescheduling as per the conditions mentioned above.

Processing of Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Fees: Any third-party costs incurred (such as venue bookings, makeup artists, or stylist fees) that are non-refundable to Kalavalley Network Private Limited will not be refunded to the client.
5. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to show up for their scheduled shoot without prior notification, no refund will be provided, and any payments made will be forfeited.
6. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), Kalavalley Network Private Limited will consider refunds or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis. Clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to discuss their situation.

By booking a portfolio shoot with Kalavalley Network Private Limited, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
